Chicken chestnut

Any chicken wash, cut into cubes, let it dry as much as possible
Put some oil in pan
Ginger a little bit
Cook chicken for a bit
Add some liao jiu for a bit
Add sugar soy sauce and some water and boil. Add a bit more water not too much
When chicken can be punctured easily very soft, chestnuts washed and boiled for 5-10 minutes.
Water should mostly be gone
Add oyster sauce
